Can I bring my own patients to be injected?

Yes, but please ask the patients to contact our team at models@thelsfa.com and read the patient information tab above. Models are contacted prior to the course to ensure they are suitable and are subject to a small fee if deemed appropriate for treatment.

Can I have my own face injected?

Yes, please see above, as the same rules apply to delegates and models.

Did you book as part of a group?

What do I need to do now?

If you have not already included it in your booking, please email info@theLSFA.com with your full name, GMC/GDC number, email address and phone number. Please also ensure we know your full name as you would like it to appear on your certificate.

What if I can’t make the course due to unforeseen circumstances?

We do have a cancellation policy in place (see below) but we are aware that there may be times where your circumstances change at short notice. Because of this we highly recommend taking out insurance to avoid any financial losses that may occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent your attendance on the course.

What is the LSFA's cancellation policy?

Please be aware that cancellation charges are applicable. Upon making a booking, 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 1 month of the course start date are non-refundable in their entirety (100%).

Changes to Booking or Training Dates:

For any alterations to your course booking or training dates, a written notice of at least 1 month is required. Training courses scheduled within 1 month of the course date cannot be rescheduled or moved.

Course Cancellation by Unforeseen Events:

If a course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control we offer the option to reschedule your training to a later date. In such instances, regular cancellation terms would apply should you choose to cancel.

Amendment or Cancellation of Training Dates or Locations:

We maintain the right to modify or cancel training dates or locations. Should this become necessary, our team will promptly communicate with participants to arrange an alternative date. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs incurred by delegates.

Disruptive Behavior and Course Attendance:

We retain the right to cancel course bookings or remove delegates from a course if their conduct is disruptive, defamatory, or negatively impacts the learning experience we provide.

If you are travelling from abroad, please ensure you have sufficient travel insurance to cover you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any problems at all. If you have any further questions, please email us at: info@thelsfa.com

We look forward meeting you in due course.

Best Wishes,

The LSFA Team
